I recently purchased my first smart phone at the at&t store located in the superstition mall on Power road in mesa arizona. As I said it was my first I phone so I knew nothing about how it worked. I instructed the sales person that along with the purchase of the phone I would require a transfer of a message package I had purchased with the phone I was using at the time and transfer the contact list that was in the phone and a tutorial on how the phone worked. After the transfer of information we sat down to some instructions that were at best terrible. Since the instructions were so bad I knew I would reqire more info so I asked the salesperson if their was an operators manual in the box that held the new phone, his answer was yes. When I got home and sent a text msg that I was charged for I then realized my messahe package had not been transfered. I then began to check out the usage of the phone and began to go through the confusion of not knowing what I was doing. I look in the box, no instructions. I start making phone calls to at&t for help and spoke with mant associates that by my estimations were related to the sales person that sold me the phone. I then gave up and waited for the next day and went back to where I bought the phone. On that day I finally found my savior. I spoke with Samantha and in 10 minutes she walked me through the operation of the phone and I'm not an expert but I'm using a phone that I couldn't before talking to her. If you visit the store and need anything I suggest you talk to Samantha. She was very helpful in resolving the problems that others had created with a pleasent smile on her face.
