    I was told by the AT&T Rep that I would get EVERY Atlanta Braves game, and I had DirecTV, which I enjoyed just fine, but they get here, take FOREVER TO install the system, then I'm being billed as if the service worked perfectly..     Where are the Atlanta braves????Your rep said I would get all their games when convinced to switch from Comcast. I would think you would broadcast games of interest to the region.     Switched from Comcast to AT&T and expected no problem getting all the Atlanta Braves games as always. Now that ball season is here I can rarely find the Braves. What's the deal?   • ATT U-verse poor performance



    We have three receivers. Not all three react the same. Ch 203, (HLN), will appear on the bedroom TV but not show on the other two TVs. It was very disappointing when U-verse dropped the Hallmark channels. We have additional channels periodically not working. We have had TV picture freeze but that seems to have passed.     I am new to AT&T and when I received by first bill for Uverse (2nd bill for cell phones) I had to call as I felt both my bills were way too high for what they said it would be. When I called I spoke to customer service first for Uverse and told her I thought my bill was too high and she took a look at it and gave me some credits (of course she didn't tell me what credits she was giving me) and told me my bill amount would be $182.10.     I had emailed back and forth with ATT to see if U-Verse was available in my area. I finaly was told that it was, I called and set up U-verse, Internet and my home phone that is already with ATT.     After 11 months of good service I now have an issue where the Phone and internet works but the TV uverse freeze after one to three minutes.     I decided to change from charter to att-uverse for my cable tv, phone and internet service. After 12 hours of attempted installation, we did get tv to work but not our phones. The tech was going to come back the next day but it took a week after I called and set up 3 different appointments to have someone come back out.   • Internet Service Run a Round



    I spent 3 hours trying to contact Uverse ATT today to explain my problem. I was forwarded to some company in India that tried to charge me to solve my problem. I know the solution I just need somone to do it for me. Why should I pay to make Uverse work for me? Also why was I not told there was a charge when I was transferred to this "department" in India?   • Non-working internet for 3 MONTHS



    Had the phone service installed for my elderly mother 8/8/11 and was told modem would be shipped to residence. Frist shipment was lost, rec'd replacement in late August. Detected no DSL signal and called it in. Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES. FInally had service tech out on 10/31/11 and he fixed "Jumpers" in basement of high-rise building.   • DVR not recording correctly



    Sunday night, Oct. 2, 9:00 pm E The Good Wife comes on. Except it didn't. A race in Jakarta continued into the 9:00 slot for 24 minutes. Then, The Good Wife started and continued until 10:00 pm, however we didn't get to see the entire show, only the first 36 minutes. This shows very poor planning and schduling on the part of ATT Uverse and total disregard for customers you pay for their services. They should at the very least rerun that show.   • Installation Incomplete



    AT&T Uverse took 4+ hours to set up my new service and did not complete set up. One of the HDMI cables did not work. First AT&T Uverse said that was our problem since they set it up on Friday and we didn't discover the bent cable head until Sunday (2 days later) but after 30 min and talking with a Supervisor they agreed that we could again schedule a two hour window to meet a cable tech to get the new cord.     uverse has been 'phasing out' for about two months now. They have told me on the phone, when i finally get through to a human being, at first that there was nothing that they can do, then they hung up on my 81 year old mother several times, now it wont work at all and they want to come out AGAIN to try AGAIN to fix it.     So my husband and I decided to get att uverse in January 2011. We had to have three people come out with in a 24 hour period to install this product. First the first person did not wire/install everything correctly. The second guy just tested the product and told us it was okay, it did work for about 2 hours then stopped again.     I’ve had two requests for a new 18 mpbs Uverse internet service the last due install date was 4/18. As of this post my service is still not working. Had mom called to check status on the 19th and she was advised the order completed 4/18, regardless that the service just flashes.     I thought I was the only one having this nightmare with AT&T U-verse. I should have read the blog sites prior to trying out their service. I take the service word back. AT&T U-verse has no customer service. I've been with AT&T forever that's not going to be the case much longer. Do not get U-verse they do not know what they are doing. Document everything!!!   • ATT Poor customer service complaint



    In June last year I want to update my auto pay for my Uverse/phone/internet service with a new credit card as I cancelled the old one. Come August I get alerts that my bill was not paid so again I go into the system and again try to change my auto pay to the new credit card but again this happened in October, each time they applied the outstanding amount to the new card but it still was not setup as my auto pay.     Some of my favorite channels are the Food network, HGTV, and other such channels. Come to find out they are missing from our menu today. Apparently, at&t dropped the networks because they can't agree on terms??? How about the customer? Is it going to be reinstated?     U-Verse installed (TV, internet, and phone) Since then - nothing but problems; have lost more than 40 hours of work time becuase of hours spent on the phone (average call lasts from 20 minutes to 60 minutes to receive phone help) or waiting for repair call.     I had AT&T uverse for approx. 3 months. The horrendous customer care afforded to me by the U-Verse reps only confirmed my prior suspicions that they had hired all of the previously fired Comcast employees. As a tiny example of AT&T's incompetence, I disconnected with Uverse on July 3, 2009, and today, November 6, 2009, I received my final bill - zero balance - together with a request to return the equipment which had been done at the time of disconnect. I never knew a company could use thier customers as bad and then have the nerve to ask if there was anything else they can help me with before hanging up. You give me back my $480.00 that was not suppose to be taken out of my account for the 3 modems that did not work and 4 techs that can out. I missed 2 days work and 8 phone calls averaging 45 to 65 minutes each time. I'm so pissed off at the fact that I just paid bills and they erroniosly took the money out and I have to wait 3 to 5 buisness days for it to get back in my acct...I've had it and any chance to drag thier name in the mud, I will do it at all cost, thinking of a billboard on the highway. They can't dispute it as it's the truth and on paper...FED UP

Everyone at uverse BETTER GET The Hallmark Channel and The Hallmark Movie Channel back or ELSE WE ARE CANCELLING OUR SERVICE and that's a PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!! I MEAN IT TOO!!!!!~ It's appalling that I cannot ever talk to anyone up high at uverse. That they won't honor a request from a customer and they have to have it there way!!!!! Really??!!...It sounds like horror stories when you describe your experience with UVERSE...I have nothing but the BEST experience with At&t's UVERSE ever!!! I mean I love it! The Techs were most supportive they gave my numbers that i could contact them directly,showed me how to use the product until I was comfortable,very knowledged in every question I had,The sales person who came to my door was on point about every detail that comes with U_Verse..figured what we would save and what bundle was best for my family..And the savings was huge!! much more to offer that any company out there HANDS DOWN!! To sum it up..Go for the UVerse challenge..They are giving you free install,savings off for one year,prices that beat what youre currently paying now and giving you more for the money!If you have HD and are looking for a Cheaper way to truly enjoy your digital in its truest form GO UVERSE!!

rebate was postponed because of service upgrade need to wait an additional 30 days also a tech was sent out to replace the dvr receiver but he only reset it, now a new order for a tech tomorrow to do what the tech should have done today. Also all of our recorded shows were erased and we were told the box was defective.

This has to be the worst service on earth. Anyone with more than 1 HDTV in your house stay away. I would record 2 HD shows on the DVR and no one else in the entire house could watch anything in HD at all!!!! I have 4 HDTVS in my house which my wife and kids watch at the same time. Also they don't tell you but when watching multiple TV's the internet starts to crawl to dial up speeds.

Seriously Comcast may be more expensive, but their service so much better. I went back after less than 30 days. I've learned the hard way "you get what you pay for" it's cheaper because it's crap service. People who want a BMW don't go out and buy a Ford Escort and then think it's going to be the same.
