    Pricing ridiculous! Equipment breaks down multiple times a month. 7th visit in a month and a half for the same problem. The repair techs give you their number to call and their supervisors to call if they don't call back in 2 hours. 4 days later and neither called back. They also have the nerve to try to charge $150.00 to fix their lousy equipment. The techs tell you every visit the issues with their equipment and how they have problems with it.     We have had an on -going issue with them for months now. People are never on the same page and multiple people tell you different things. Most unorganized company with zero respect to people trying to start a business. They don't complete tasks like planned and then schedule install dates to only then here for the 3rd time that something wasn't completed all the way.     My husband got a new iPhone 6 with a two year contract. The sales rep told us about the deal AT&T was having with new iPad for $99 but we declined because we were thinking about getting a cheap notebook for the kids.   • AT&T Uverse poor customer and technical support services

    7/17/2015 I was charged for an additional receiver box that I did not use. I contacted uverse CS (7/17/15) and they supposedly made adjustments totaling $102. The extra box was supposed to be removed in a simple transaction (according to the CS rep) that would only take a half hour at the most.     Can you please get your company on the same page. ATT, you CANNOT do anything correct. I have to call every other week with a problem.     AT&T U-verse should be ashamed of their remote control simply because of the design of the back of the unit. Only a very small part of the back is flat reducing the amount of friction which would make it hold to a table surface better. I just talked with a sales agent to register my complaint.     We called today to change the address for our service from one unit in a condo complex to another unit in the same complex.     I am very disappointed with Att u verse. What happened to Music Choice? You substituted the very good Music Choice channels with some terrible provider called Stingray Music it is awful. The music and selection is terrible. I hate it. You also can't just jump channels you have to go into each category almost like a music app for each music genre.     Switched from comcast to u-verse. Internet quality of service was horrible. So called customer service to cancel the very next business day. Service not cancelled.     To anyone who will listen. Switching to AT &T uverse has been the absolute most horrible experience I have ever had with any company.
