ATT U-verse Complaint

ATT receiver problem
I called for a problem of my receiver and was told I need to make an appointment. I made
the appointment for the following day from 8:30-12:00 window time. At 12:10 no call or visit.
I call and was told the Tech was here and said in his report that he educated the customer on
using input on my TV. I don't have a twin sister. He out right LIED!!! He was never here but
reported he was!!! I think this behavior is OUTRAGEOUS!
