Upsetting News about ATT Uverse treatment of customer - Uverse TV & Internet
ATT Uverse states they had to switch me back to my original internet Mbps and now they're claiming something about the system is confused and they have to work on the outside line, after the 3rd day without any of my services they are now talking about they have to work on the inside line. In the 21st Century with a major company who expertise is the internet and fiberoptics I can't get them to turn my internet, tv and cable on.
This is the most disorganized, group of people I've come into contact with over the last few day and they're apologies with no resolutions has left a sour taste in my mouth, as I now see this is how they treat their loyal customers, I would not recommend anyone to sign up for service through ATT Uverse.
Save your money and heartache and go with another provider!
