Uverse features unusable - ATT U-verse internet & phone service

U-verse connection problems to phone feature leaving consumers at disadvantage. ATT tech has became a joke if they can not fix the link they disrupted while doing an update on there system. Consumers paying for phone features that they have to call into tier two to use is absurd. Secondly, if is a fraud to promote how great there product is when the consumers already padding there pockets are left using such an useless product. I hope that all consumers using U-verse and having problems with it will come together and force necessary corrections. If not I hope that we can get some monetary relief for paying for such a inferior product.
