WORST Customer Service EVER!!

I'm BEYOND frustrated and angry at the lack of customer service that was just provided to me by your customer service representative Matt (employee id 8858) I called at 12:21 PM to get information regarding a promotion I found online Promo code I3783. While I understand that there's a script that the representatives need to follow I just wanted to understand the pricing so I asked if he could just tell me the pricing and skip the 21 questions that the script says to ask also he noted that I had called in yesterday so you would think he would understand why. Things quickly went downhill and he became very arrogant and began to speak over me telling me he couldn't provide me with the price until I answered his questions. I became annoyed and said I didn't have time for all of this and just wanted the price... his response was "If you don't have time why did you call"? This comment along with others and his tone REALLY upset me so I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said conveniently the ONE and ONLY supervisor was in a meeting. I said I would hold and he said I couldn't hold this went on and on for 20 minutes. He continues to state he was a Sales representative not Customer Service (CS) and he would transfer me to CS I told him do not transfer me and he was supposed to be providing me customer service ( his said he not CS... Sales only last I checked they go hand in hand), but he had such a bad attitude and was so combative that I wanted to report this to a supervisor/ manager. Again he said the manager was in a meeting and I said well I'm not hanging up and I'll wait then what do you know at 12:47 PM he transfers me back to the "welcome to ATT for Spanish press ..." message. I'm beyond livid at this point and all I simply wanted was pricing since I couldn't get the pricing I saw online without calling 844-232-1639... I don't understand how representatives are allowed to treat potential customers such as myself like this and why if the lines are recorded for quality assurance someone didn't notice the combativeness that was happening. If anyone ever asks me about ATT Uverse I will without a doubt tell them about this experience and to RUN in the other direction it's just not worth it!!
