WORST customer service ever


I have had ATT u-verse for 4 months now. I switched from Directv after being baited by AT&Ts commercials. HUGH MISTAKE. the programming is about the same as Directv but the customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could use a stronger word to describe the customer service, I would. I had a simple technical question I needed answered. Nothing major just a simple question that could be answered in under a minute. When I called tech support I was advised that I did not "subscribe" to the tech support (which is $15 monthly) so in order to have my question answered I would be billed $49. SERIOUSLY? I guess the $100 monthly subscription fee is not enough for them. When I voiced my displeasure to the customer service person she obtusely said "Well sir, if you'd like, I can transfer you to the cancelation department." This company's arrogance kills me. So long AT&T
