ATT U-verse Complaint

Horrible - Customer Service
I recently moved into a building in Austin, It's a new building so they have it wired for Internet and TV and it's part of the rent. Sounds good right? NOT SO MUCH.
Been paying for the service since Dec 17th, just finalized my move and tried to set the TV up. Dec27th. Didn't work, the act was improperly set up, or not at all, nit sure but the internet is fine.
This is where the fun starts
Called ATT, got the runaround telling and re-telling my story to about 5 lame Customer service reps, who each transferred me to the next last one transferred me to billing!
the billing guy was ok (except the annoying "i understand" "I apologize" "we'll get this fixed" and using my name every chance possible. He transferred me up "a level higher" basically the tech rep. This guy was cool, and tried, and rather than keep me on hold would give me call backs when he said he would , still couldn't solve the problem....how difficult can it be?
He said the best he could do is schedule a guy to come over (the ATT dispatch building is across the street). it takes less time to walk than drive!!!
4 hour window is set up, guy shoes up at the 2nd hour, stays another hour and a half, explains that he needs someone from the team that turns the switch to accept my account, but they don't work sunday.
He leaves, explaining that the switch will be flipped Monday, and I'll get a call and everything will be settled......no call.
I call back the "special" number he gave me, and went through my story about 5 more times, being transferred 5 more times, finally requesting a useless manager who wouldn't give me his last name, his first name was EZ (i'm sure thats what his mom calls him.
Now I'm waiting again, for a guy to some over (from across the street) but have a 4 hour window from 4:00 pm - 8:00.
