attuverse - installation

what hell we have suffered with switching from cablevision to uverse.the installation took 7am to 9pm may9th,45 minutes later,our tv turned to snow! then no phone at all for at least 5 days to port back our original phone number.my husband died during surgery in boston and thanks to uverse i now have a dead phone,so i can't receive sympathy calls and his final days on earth were spent fighting them!
