Cancellation nightmare - AT&T U Verse
Switched from comcast to u-verse. Internet quality of service was horrible. So called customer service to cancel the very next business day. Service not cancelled. Have called them 5 times in the last 7 days. Service is still not cancelled. Each time the rep gives me a cancellation order #. Says I won't be charged termination fees as this is less than 30 days. But service is never cancelled. Totally incompetent. They cannot even cancel service properly. If they send me bills charging me for a service that I hate, am not going to pay. If AT&T reads this I would like them to know to just get out of the whole tv and Internet business guys. You cannot handle it.
